Which networks

Pay as you go settles in USDT on BNB Smart Chain. Tron is available on enterprise accounts: the escrow contract has to be deployed on Tron for your account, which costs roughly 1,800 times what the same contract costs on BNB Smart Chain, so we do it for merchants who ask rather than for everyone in advance. Both networks run the same contract and the same integration — nothing in your code changes.

Blockchain network fees are separate and are not ours — they go to the network, typically a few cents on BNB Smart Chain or Tron.

## Everything is in every plan

There is no feature held back for a higher tier. Enterprise buys a rate and a contact, not a longer feature list.

### Payment links and invoices

Unlimited, created from the dashboard or the API, with your branding on the checkout page.

### Subscriptions and recurring

Trials, usage-based charges, discount codes and automatic retries, all included.

### The full record

Every payment, refund and fee in a double-entry ledger you can export and reconcile.

## About the price

### How much does paygate cost?

Every payment is charged a flat 2%, the same rate at every size, with no monthly fee, setup fee or minimum.

Blockchain network fees are separate and are not ours — they go to the network and are typically a few cents. Merchants doing high volume can ask about Enterprise pricing.

### Is accepting USDT cheaper than accepting cards?

Usually, yes — card processing typically costs around 2.9% plus a fixed fee per transaction, plus chargeback fees, currency conversion margins and monthly gateway charges that stablecoin payments do not have.

The gap widens on cross-border sales, where card networks add foreign transaction costs and banks add a conversion spread. It widens again on small payments, where a fixed per-transaction fee is a large share of the total.

### Where does the money go? Do you hold my funds?

Your customer pays a deposit address belonging to that one payment. The money is swept into our escrow contract, held for your refund window, and then released to the payout wallet you registered. You choose that window — anything from none at all to 180 days.

It never reaches an account of ours, and that is a property of the contract rather than a policy we keep. There are exactly two ways out of it — release to your payout address, and refund to the payer who sent it — and neither takes a destination as a parameter. There is no address either function could be pointed at, by anyone, including us.

What the hold buys you is the refund window. Money already in your wallet can only be given back by you sending it; money on the contract can be returned to your customer from your dashboard while the window is open.

No surprises on the rate

The rate above is what applies. If it ever changes, merchants are told before it starts applying to them, not after.
